In its official WeChat article, YUDIO describes a 17-stage production process and highlights several steps in turning steel into a finished outdoor lighting product.
Forming the pole
CNC bending shapes the steel sheet into the pole body. Consistent forming provides the starting point for the subsequent joining and finishing stages.
Welding and the protective finish
The article describes automated welding as part of production, followed by a powder-coating line that applies a protective outer finish. These stages address the structure and surface protection needed for outdoor use.
