YUDIO has completed a solar street lighting project in Tongwen Village, Yangkou Town, Rudong County, Nantong, China. The installation is in operation, providing lighting along village roads, entrances and public activity areas.

The company's project report records 180 solar street lights, equipped with 8-metre hot-dip galvanized poles and 120-watt LED light sources. The system combines photovoltaic panels, light-sensing controllers and energy-storage batteries.
The lights charge during the day, switch on automatically at dusk and switch off in the morning. These specifications describe this particular project; equipment for another location should be selected to suit its road geometry, solar exposure and lighting requirements.
The installation work included site surveys, locating pole positions, excavation, foundation construction, pole erection, wiring and system commissioning.
The project team paid particular attention to road bends and junctions, both ends of bridges and culverts, and areas with frequent pedestrian activity. The layout was planned to provide more consistent lighting in these locations.
For the Tongwen Village project, the original report states a three-year warranty, periodic inspections and a fault-reporting response process. These arrangements support ongoing maintenance after the lights enter service.
